Motor oil dripping from exhaust manifold on toyota 2l2 diesel engine

After running and shot off for a while there is dripping a lot of motor oil from exhaust manifold on a toyota 2l2 diesel engine without turbo.
What has happen???

Check/replace the valve cover gasket. If that's not it, I hate to say,, my bet would be the head gasket.

Are you sure it's motor oil? Is it black and oily? If so, it's most likely "diesel slobbers" from long periods of idling and/or not getting warmed up regularly. It's a combo of carbon and underburned fuel and looks oily. Go drive 50 miles and get it good and warm and run the snot out of it. See if that changes anything. We see this a lot on sub compact tractors that the owners don't work very hard. Unlike gassers, diesels run with highly variable fuel air ratios. This means the operating temperature will vary with fuel/air ratio at any rpm.That how they are controled.They use fuel flow not air flow to control power unlike a gasser.
