Help to figure out vibration and noise in rear end area

I have a vibration / binding sound from truck . At first it is as if I am in wrong gear lugging it. Not sure best oil to put in rear end , working on getting a 24mm wrench? To open it. My book says it could be the telescoping drive line. ? Can't remember exactly name.its a 83 22r all original with 130k miles.

Look to worn, unlubricated universal joints on driveshaft first.
