I have a 1998 4runner with a hard start when cold issue, it's starts ok when up to temp, but after an hour or so it takes maybe 5 or 6 seconds to start.I have read that it's a common problem with 3rd generation 4runners and one thread said it was the Early Fuel Evaporation (EFE) heater relay? Is this correct? If so, where is this relay located? I can easily buy I one, but it's no good if I don't know where it's located! Thanks for any advice!
