Tale as old as time, I paid a friend to swap my blown 1988 3.0 pickup (manual) to a 3.4. Donor 3.4 rig was a 95' t100 (auto) running and driving. He didn't finish and now it's a wiring nightmare and I don't know where to start.

Most the swap is completed aside from wiring never getting finished.

3.0 harness seems to no longer exist.
what I have:
I have some random cut plugs (I think) came from the original 3.0 harness

Part of the 3.4 harness has been cut

I have the 3.4 ecu

Honestly I don't even know how to describe this ˟˟˟˟show and it's current state.

What if anything are my options to finish this swap & make it run?

Also is a plug n play swap harness an option?

I'm happy to try and answer any questions.

Yikes. The cheap repute would be to source a wiring diagram and see what you can figure out, but you might be better off contacting ORS and see if they can make you a custom harness.

EDIT: saw you asked about Plug and Play, ORS makes a great direct plug and play option (as does Toy Only Swaps), however with all this cutting you might have some more tinkering to do.

Any room in the budget to pay for a harness? There are a few people on FB 3.4 swap groups that build harnesses.
