1993 4runner driver's seat

Chances of finding a good drivers seat are probably pretty low due to the age of our vehicles, not impossible though..if originality is the main concern another option is finding a good passenger chair and transferring everything over to the driver frame. Passenger side usually gets allot less wear. I'm in the same dilemma as yourself with my truck. Truck came with the sport seats and trying to find a good one out of another truck is rare.
Another option is to get old seats redone but the original fabric is no longer available from what I understand.
Lastly new aftermarket seats is another avenue, but they will not match your rear seats.
A number of folks have also used seats out of other vehicles with success but again they will not match if going for restoration.

As far as the faded steering wheel, check out SEM vinyl dye(spray dye) products. Great stuff, probably have a blue to match.
ps. Photo looks like Vegas to me?

That is exactly what i'm looking for, originality. I have thought about the passanger seat swap but what about that lever on right that stiffens up on sports seat? I found one online but don't know if they sold it, hopefully not. I was able to get mint condition rear seats with back floor fully intact to seats. I have a mint condition dash panel, paint was matched to OEM specs. It's a really great looking suv, sucks because my head gasket didn't last more than 500 miles. I didn't know that the upgraded gasket and arp bolts would do the trick as ive read on forums. So back to the shop she went. 💀

good advice. I’ve done the seat foam and material swap from passenger to driver a few times. If you purchase some hog ring pliers, cutters for hog rings, and rings themselves you can disassemble and reassemble seat upholstery. Rental rug doctor machines or “carpet steamers” work really well to get the years of dirt out of the fabric.

I will look into that dye, thank you. Oh close I am in Arizona. 😂
