1988 Toyota Pickup 22re what plugs are these?

88 Toyota pickup 22re. What plugs do these go to? Just bought this truck, so I’m still kinda new to the old yotas.But I’m curious as what they go to?
Black Plug- white w/ red stripe: white w/ blue stripe
Brown Plug- black: blue w/ red stripe

If I were to guess, and I am, I would say they're for the two VSV's you don't seem to have bolted to your valve cover. It could be they're not used in you truck's configuration, that the PO removed and never re-installed them, something like that. Check the FSM for your truck to see if they're used for you or not.

Also, you may be able to check the little sticker on the upper left corner of the inside of the hood. It will indicate at least what VSV's SHOULD be included with your setup.

Yeah, I just figured out the PO did an engine swap with a pre 85 22r block and 22re set up so there’s a couple things out of place. It looks like they kept the 88 harness connected, so now I have to mount a knock sensor. So I think your guess checks out. I don’t have AC, so that would make up for the missing VSV’s. Thank you for the help!
