Posting it here because 5vz was most commonly used in these models/years. I have a R150F transmission, pulled from a T100 (that had a 5VZ), being installed behind a VW ALH motor. I am trying to get a heavier/high-torque flywheel and wondering who other than LCE Performance sells a heavier flywheel? Google hasn't been very helpful. I called Centerforce, they have one for the 2WD 4Runner that has a smaller clutch but not for the 4WD version. Anyone know? Thanks.

 

You could try Marlin (https://www.marlincrawler.com/clutch...el-v6-34-liter) I don’t know if they carry a heavy flywheel for the 5VZ. That is where I bought my heavy flywheel for my 22RE.
