1990 Pickup Engine Oil Leak

I've got a 1990 Toyota Pick up 3.0 manual 4x4 with 113,000 original miles on it. I've had it for two years and there was only one owner before me who took ridiculously good care of it.
I was changing the oil last week and noticed a slight leak from up higher on the front passenger side of the engine (pictured). Does anyone know what gasket this might be?

I know, I know, it's a 3.0. The head gasket will leak at some point. The previous owner had the head gasket replaced around 60k so perhaps that's just the limit of the 3.0 as I'm almost 60k past that point.

Any input is much appreciated!

look from the top and see if it's the valve cover gasket.
take the timing belt cover off and see if it's the cam seal.
if not... could be head gasket, but the typical failure is coolant leaks, bad compression, coolant in the oil, oil in the coolant rather than an external oil leak with no other symptoms.

Yeah, my first thought is cam seals.
While anything is possible, the headgasket issue was usually coolant, as mentioned, and it tended to leak into the combustion cylinder, not externally. Also, the Achilles Heel of the gasket failure was at the rear cylinders, not the front.

That leak looks quite familiar.....Valve Cover or passenger side Cam Seal is my guess
