Broken rear torsion bar mount repair

So I broke the rear torsion bar mount on my 87 4runner and I’m hoping to get some pointers on either repairing the existing one or welding on the new one I got. I need something to get me back up and running until I plan out either a SAS or coil overs (not in the near future maybe 1-2 years out) I’ve attached some photos of the damage, “new” mount. And ride heights on passenger and driver sides. curious as to what all you Toyota gurus recommend I do as I definitely need some help!

Edit: It seems a repair might not be the best option. I just noticed the weld job that looks like it was previously done to the existing mount. Truck is new to me and looks like PO had tried to repair an existing problem. Bummer...
