89 yota 4x4 with 22RE engine. Started running rough (bucking ,spitting and spuder. when accelerator pedal in baring pressed. The truck idles good and when I get on the road it seems to do ok until I start slowing and then get back into the gas it bucks and spudders again. I cant get it to idle down under prolly 1300 rpm. the check engine light is on but not blinking to allow me to get a code.any ideas appreciated

 

The check engine light just does not begin flashing trouble codes.
