Misfire on 93 Toyota 4Runner 3.0

I have a 1993 Toyota 4Runner 3.0 that has a misfire when it's cold around 1500-1800 rpm it does it. It almost feels like it has a misfire all the time even when it's warmed up no matter the rpms. I know the 3.0s are slow but something just doesn't feel right to me. I have brand new ngk plugs in it aswell. No clue to as old the wires are. Thankyou !

Shoulda done a compression test while the plugs were out.

Tight valves are one of the usual suspects on these old 3vz's

It;s a pain to adjust the valves on them, so nobody ever does until it's too late and a valve job is the only solution.

Start by making sure you're getting spark. Use the inductive pickup on your timing light on each plug wire. If the light flashes, the plug fired.
