Regarding flywheel installation on 1995 4runner

Hi everyone ,
I am new to this forum, I just swapped an engine on my 1995 4runner and put a flywheel and clutch plate from previous engine just want to make sure if there is any specific thing need to match with engine while installing a flywheel I mean rotation wise and also would like to like to know same thing for the pressure plate, is there any groove which need to keep at certain angle or place before I can insert it into transmission. I an unable to fully insert the engine into transmission, I am able to put a blots on the engine mounts but still there is a gap between transmission and engine , any help will be highly appriciated.
thanks in advance
