92 pick up not starting
I figured some may have experienced the same problems w your truck. The truck cranks but doesn’t want to start. It has a new battery. The COR is brand new. So I’ve checked voltage to the COR harness, and it is giving 10-11 volts at the blue wire . I know the fuel pump works because I ran a wire from the battery to the wire going to the fuel pump at the harness and she fires right up.12v direct.
I’m lost on why it only gives 10-11 volts at the blue wire at the COR. Any ideas?

Your post raises plenty of questions, all of which you can answer. Take a look at this post https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f116...-quits-312747/ for how to diagnose a fuel-related no-start.
The blue wire from the COR is to the fuel pump. While it depends on how you're doing your test (key-on? key to STArt? COR plugged in?) it sounds like a mis-seated COR.
