22re 4 speed manual transmission oil change?
So I got a question what are you guys running on your 22re 4 speed transmission oil and Mileage per change ?

What ever brand you use, it should be a GL-4 gear lube.
Many folks like the Redline product, I've been using Amsoil for years...https://www.amsoil.com/p/manual-tran...be-75w-90-mtg/

From '85 owner's manual: GL-4 or GL-5 (yes, the manual transmission; GL-5 specified for differential) , SAE 75W-90 or 80W-90 for transmission. For the diff below 0* F - SAE 80W or 80W-90, above 0*F - SAE 90.
