2009 Highlander is coding. Hopefully correlated...?

So, I'll try not to ramble as I have some of this resolved (in theory lol).
I have my baby, 2009 Highlander, that I do my best to keep maintained. Just had some work done in fact. However, my check engine light and traction control lights have been on (and off briefly) for over a year now, ugh! Originally would go on and off periodically but have been on steadily for at least a year, always together. I know now(pretty positive) that the traction control light is on because the system is disabled because of the check engine light and not because of an actual traction system problem. Haven't addressed it much besides reading the codes until now because I was told it wasn't a serious matter and I had more serious issues to fix first... which are done now so I want to get this fixed because I'm OCD and it's frickin annoying!! The lights actually went off for about 5 days following the work I just had done, but low and behold they came back on this morning, grrr... I've fiddled with the gas cap and it seems fine but I'm just gonna replace it per multiple troubleshooting suggestions to do first. The codes and descriptions are in the attached picture. ~~I'm just curious if I'm correct in thinking the two codes are correlated and if I get the EVAP malfunction fixed then the knock sensor issue should automatically correct itself? Like it's reading high input because of the incorrect purge flow....? Or am I way off?~~ I just don't have the money to get it to a shop again and have them disect it to find out it's a simple fix that I can do myself

. Going to troubleshoot it myself as much as possible, with help... Replace gas cap. If that doesn't fix it then replace purge container silinoid(sp.). And go from there hoping I can fix it myself based on common causes without having to take it in. Again, just curious if the two codes are correlated because I ain't even trying to mess with the engine and hopefully won't need to lol. Any input on my situation is greatly appreciated ☺️ thanks y'all
