I dropped something down the defrost vents and it is rattling.
I am trying to get to a rattle that is inside the defrost vent section of the ventalation system. I think a writing pen fell down there. I am hoping that I don't have to pull the dash out. Is there anyway to get into the system from inside the dash or from below?
I have the dash pull apart like instrument cluster out, cental dash console out. It doesn't look like I can but was hoping someone might know more. The last thing I want to do is pull this dash for a rattle but it is a daily driver and I can take the constant rattle.

the defrost vent duct goes directly to the top of the white air duct that's in front of the heater case. You can access it by removing the center panel assy.
Good luck!
