Transmission fluid change

I changed the engine in my Toyota T100 automatic 4x4. I added new dexron3 fluid and started the engine to circulate the fluid and get a more accurate reading on the dipstick. After warming it up and finishing the fluid fill, I decided to give the truck a test drive only it would not move. I checked the solinoids, the inner wiring harness inside the transmission pan and I can't seem to find anything wrong with it. Anyone else have this problem? Did you find a cure? If you did, would you mind sharing it with the rest of us? Thank you very much in advance. Have a great day and be safe out there in the jungle.
