Thumbs up Shout out to McGeorge Toyota

As the title implies, I want to give these guys (and gals) a shout out for exemplary service. https://toyotaparts.mcgeorgetoyota.com/ McGeorge Toyota is one of many online options we have for finding OE parts at a lower price than our local stealerships. I have placed several orders with them over the years, including one just today. In 2 of the orders what I wanted and what I should be getting didn't match up.

The first time I was buying retrofit parts for my steering rack guide and today I was buying ball joints. Through their interface you enter your VIN, the parts for the steering rack didn't match my VIN (which I knew because I was trying to convert to the newer style components). Rather than just charging me and shipping parts that I ordered, I got a phone call asking whether or not I was aware I was buying parts that shouldn't fit my application. With today's order of LBJs I ordered the LBJs and new castle nuts. Again, I was contacted and informed that the LBJs come with new nuts and I didn't have to order them separately. They then went and adjusted my order refunding me for the nuts that I no longer needed.

If this isn't in the right place, please accept my apologies and move the thread.

McGeorge has been great to work with, ordering parts that don't normally fit a 96 4Runner usually earns a call or an email. I appreciate their diligence and customer care.

Yep. Top notch service. And about the best prices, too.

They’ve been my go-to source for a few years now. I’ve even gone in person to drop of CV axle & alternator cores while passing through Richmond. Really nice guys.
