Ok, I found the part;

I was doing my front brakes (95 4runner) and after getting off the rotors I was cleaning the wheel knuckles and the plastic/rubber 1/4inch seal was brittle and broke off.

Dealership wont have new ones for 3 days, and I want to get finished today. Any suggestions? can I just use some RVT? What will happen if this 1/4inch peice is missing?

Yeah, your grease will comeout and dry out the bearings. din't know about RTV stuff but I think if that works, Toyota would've done it a while a go....
