Swapped 95 cable driven sr5 cluster into my electronic speedo truck...

What is the best route to go as far as getting my speedo working? I have the donor vehicle at my full disposal.. should I use more parts from the sr5 to convert my truck from electronic speedo to cable driven? Or figure out a way to make this cable driven speedo communicate with the electronics??

Donor vehicle: 1995 4runner sr5 v6 4wd auto (cable speedo)
My truck: 1993 Pickup 22re 4wd 5 speed (electric speedo)

I'd say you probably need to take the cable and the gear from the donor truck. (If the gear will fit where your old sensor is/was) I'd also venture to say this won't be fun.
