Dropping oil pan 3VZE, what else should I replace?

All, over the past few weeks I've been posting my journey to replace the failed clutch along with the rear main seal. (https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f115...-plate-310046/) Since I've been unable to remove the rear main seal retainer, and figured it would require dropping the oil pan. Today, I dropped the front diff along with the drag link and before I drop the pan what else should look at replacing while I'm in there? So far the vehicle has 318,000 on the clock and I'm sure there are a number of items I should address while I have it open...

Thanks in advance!
d.

After dropping the pan, oil pick-up and baffle I noticed a small gasket for the pick-up tube. No gaskets were used for the pan/baffle just FIPG between all surfaces... I'll check with napa for the oil-pickup tube gasket.
