Just looking for some advice on how to go about fixing the coolant leaks I have.
Did a fill rebuild and am ready to run it once these leaks are fixed.

The coolant pipe that runs alongside the drivers side of the block and bolts to the back of the timing cover(is sealed by part of the timing cover gasket) has a leak.
What would be the easiest way to fix this. I’d rather not take the whole timing cover off (and risk a head gasket leak).
Think I could just remove the pipe, cut away the old gasket and apply some water pump type sealant? and let cure before tightening the bolts down all the way? What do you suggest?

My water pump gasket may also be leaking and wondering how you all seal that. Paper gasket alone ? Paper gasket and thin smear of sealant?

Dont want to have a leak after fixing all of this so getting some tips. Thanks!
