I need to bring in some extra cash to start a nest egg, so I’d like to rent out half of my work shop, and my RV/Boat storage. Currently my shops are connected, but I will build a divider wall with a door. Shop has some tables and shelves built in, but I don’t like them. I was going to rip them out and rebuild, which you can do if you want. Make it your space. I don't mind if you use the space to work on cars/bikes what ever, as long as your clean. Spill oil, make dust, just clean it up. You are responsible for getting your own garbage removed, or getting garbage service set up.

The shops space is a good size garage with plenty of room for one car, and tools/fab work (25' long x 15' wide x 8' high). The garage has 110 and 220 power plus connection to a large air compressor. Access would be through the electric garage door. No heating or HVAC of any kind. No running water.

RV/boat storage space is directly next to the garage. It will be rented together or separately. It’s narrow, just wide enough for an RV but it’s long, and has enough covered storage in the back for a car. Let me know if you need exact dimensions. This would be for storage only. No living, or even sleeping overnight on my property.

Right now I’m thinking $400/month for the shop space. We could do monthly or weekly. $100/month for outside storage space. Send me a PM to come take a look.
