I'm wondering if anyone knows the cross compatibility of fuel tanks from other eras of pickups besides 79-83.
I just got a 79 Toyota with a dented gas tank and am looking for a new one, but wondering how much I could branch out and still find one that fits. I am just assuming there is some crossover but I wasn't quite sure how much of a difference there is. I don't have much experience with fuel lines aside from changing the fuel filter on my last toy so any help is appreciated!
