I think she is gone :(

This morning about 2:00am my wife woke me telling me that someone hit my 4runner.
I scramble out side and sure enough someone came around the corner, hit my 4runner and pushed it several feet up the road into my father-inlaws truck.
The guy drove off real fast.
As we were standing there we could hear a car down the road making alot of noise. I run down the street and catch up to him as he is speeding down the road. It was a black Lexus. The security guard stops the car at the gate but the guy took off before i could get there.
This morning i found alot of paint, broken glass, part of a fender and a Lexus emblem.
I'm trying to get ahold of the security right now to see if he wrote down the license number.
Here are some pictures. Monday i will take it to the shop and see what the damage it.
The front end is banged up pretty bad also as it was shoved into my father-in-laws truck.
The guy must have really floored it when he hit me. He pushed my 4runner about 15 feet up a hill.

Todd, if you get ahold of the guy if you get the info, I'd like to ride "shotgun" with you.

Very sorry to hear about this.
Punks who take off like that are pure scum.

Sorry about the bad luck, I hope you catch the ****er and give him a good flogging. I hope the repairs won't come out of your pocket.

I'm very sorry to hear that man. I hope you catch that dick, and bring him down. I don't think she is gone, however, unless your frame was bent at all. It was hard to tell bt those pictures, but i think you may just need some new springs, and the obvious body work. your spring mount looks okay though. Good luck man.

Todd,

I wonder if its worth calling around to the local Lexus dealers, odds are that guy isn't going to do the work himself, you might be able to track him down..

Sorry to hear of the wreck.

I hope the guy is found. It sounds like it might have been a stolen car.

I think your 4Runner can be fixed.

This is probably a good idea and you might also want to check mechanics that do work mainly on lexus's for a black messed up one without an emblem. Hope you have luck finding the guy so he can get whats coming to him.

<--My former Lexus. No Yuppie here. I passed them in their BMW's, though.

Very sorry for that incident. It sounds like "security" could share some responsibility here. If they didn't get the plate, was there a security cam that did? Is that blue paint on your truck? There are only so many Lexus body shops in the Northwest. Maybe they took it to a Lexus dealer for repair and you could nail them that way.

Otherwise, since it's a gated community, knock on every door in the neighborhood and track them down. Then get Tahoe666 and BigBadBlue to join you for a conference call. Just kidding, of course. Good luck finding the bastard.

Flog that little ˟˟˟˟˟...and I agree, calling around to the dealers and explaining the whole thing to them would be a GREAT idea! The dealers have a very tight knit network, I'm sure that if you put word around a black Lexus missing all of the parts you said that they will find him in no time!

Good luck man...and I've got a Browning BPS 12 gauge shotgun you can borrow anytime you want it!
