My driver side TRE is grinding against the frame.. what s my issue here is something assembled the wrong way? The passenger side looks fine. Car drives straight, steering wheel straight.. shakes above 65 but probably my tires.. it's a 22re doesn't need to go that fast anyway ah

 

Find someone with a similar vehicle that you can take some measurements off of for comparison, look for bent suspension mounts, bent frame, wrong pitman arm etc. I cut all of that off of mine for the SAS so I can't help you there and it would be best it you did a side by side comparison taking the measurements yourself rather than trying to interpret what someone else measured

Mhh it looks similar but I wonder why it's not clearing the frame on mine, will keep investigating

 

How old are your idler arm, pitman arm, and tierod ends?
Not sure if an illusion with your picture but pitman arm where it goes into the center link looks to be at an angle, outer tierod also.
