86 Pickup Interior restoration questions
So my 86 Pickups dash is cracked to hell in the middle above the ac controls and I was wondering where to get a new one at for a reasonable price. Also I wanted to put in a new shift knob on but Im not sure how the old one comes off. It seems like its got a screw in it to secure it to the lever, that or the previous owner glued the heck out of it because it wont twist off. Lastly where can I find some new A/C vents? Half of mine have some issue where the fins are broke.

The dash, you can't really find stock dashes for sale, if you find one in pristine condition grab it and go! There are multiple sites that sell plastic "Dash" that attach right over the top though.
Usually the shift knob just screws off, the PO may have jimmy rigged it on, good luck

there aren't any aftermarket vents available to my knowledge. just do a quick ebay search for ones that match your color, I see them all the time in complete sets or individual. the dash "caps" they sell on ebay are ok, just not quite as nice as the originals but oem is NLA. and as stated above, the shift knob screws off but probably has Loctite on it.
