Will this mint ‘84 4Runner break $20k?
Great looking well-kept rig, bidding going pretty high already with 4 days left!

Whats the highest you’ve seen a first gen 4runner sell for? For me it was a red 1986 that went for $17.5k on BaT.

When I checked on it yesterday there were 23 bids and it was $14k. That's my least favorite color, Metallic Baby ˟˟˟˟ Yellow, and I don't like the interior color. But it's nicely preserved. He posted excellent pictures of the undercarriage. The seller seems to be a classic car dealer. I bet the original owners sold it for $5k.

I very much like the color, it's an 84-85 only color. But I think the paint being faded and sun burnt may effect the value. Some may say a repaint might negatively effect the value, but I don't think there are enough purists buying these trucks that it would matter.
Currently at $15,250 with 3 days to go... place your bets....

It's pretty, but I don't really know what its good for. No carbureted 4x4 can match an EFI one.
To get any reliable and controllable power off camber, you have to go propane on a previously carbureted rig.
