84 22r Toyota pickup 4x4 firing issues

so I have a 84 Toyota 4x4 pickup the truck will not fire with the ignition switch but will bump start fine. I just built the motor and have replaced the battery the alternator and regulator along with distributor and have done a hei gm conversion and the ignition switch. It has to be bump started. I’m getting 12v to the coil. Just for the info I did the hei gm conversion due to thinking the original stock ignitor was bad. I have no idea where to go from here or what to try to get it to fire I have run a hot wire directly to the coil with absolutely no change any help would be amazing!

Have you verified spark from the ignition while the key is in the start position with your timing light?
