Fan won't turn off

My radiator coolant fan won't turn off. I have replaced the relay switch and tempature coolant sensor and it still sticks on. It's not all the time. The car can be off for an hour or so and the fan will kick on. Not sure what I should try next.

Is this a factory fan or an aftermarket fan?

The original main cooling fan for both the 22R-E and 3VZ-E engines are mechanical and linked to the engine by a fluid fan clutch. There are no electronics for this fan.

Do you have Air Conditioning? You might be looking the Air Conditioning fan in front of the condenser which is supposed to come on when the A/C is turned on. The A/C condenser fan is electric, and keeps the A/C working efficiently in stop and go traffic.
