1986 turbo 4 runner. full battery, headlights work. wont turn over. any thoughts? It started with a jump right away 3 months ago.

 

So today I go buy a multi meter,got the hood up and another 4runner brother( 86 with a 5.3 motor dropped and multiple other mods) in my apt. complex rolls by...backs up and we start talking. Turns out the last time I had AAA jump start it the guy hooked the battery up backwards because the negative wire to the battery has red tape on it...next time look at the battery instead of the wire.. . blew my 80 amp glow fuse in the engine bay, he bridges that and I have dash lights but no click on the starter. He jumps the starter and it fires right up. So I call AAA and they have a "membership experience" team that is going to reach out to me. will lyk what happens
