Hi. I had a valve adjustment on my 89 22re 4 cylnder pickup yesterday and went to start it and nothing the dash lights dont even come on when i turn the kwy to accessorie. Then i noticed a wire that looks to be the ground for the motor comin off the firewall is just hangin. So im guessin it broke off when the valve cover was removed and shorted out?? But where dose it connect to the motor?

Engine hoist hook bolt on rear left side of cylinder head. Mine broke couple years ago. Bought a new one at Advance Auto.
