Can anyone tell where this is supposed to be attached? I think its a ground wire. It's for a 93 4runner driver side engine compartment and the other end of it runs to the inner fender wall below the coil/ignitor.

Any good ground on the engine should work.

although it does not hurt to clean the ring terminal and bolt.

Then I always put copper Never Seize on all the ground connections:jessica:

that wire bolts on the block behind the alternator IIRC, I think I accessed it thru the wheel well.
