I have a 4 runner did the intake and valve covers and not it wont run cranks but not running and it is dumping fuel in the oil replaced the cold start injector and the fuel regulator not sure what else to do

A little more information is needed. Please explain what you mean by "doing the valve covers, and the intake.
Did you remove any major items (electrical connectors, AFM, coil,or igniter, distributor, etc.) ? List the items touched.
If the engine ran OK prior to your activity, retrace your activity steps carefully, and check everything you touched.
It most likely will turn out to be something you overlooked, because if you think logically about it, the no start cause is something that you did.
Right!!!
