*NEED HELP* Toyota pickup running extremely rough
Hey, guys, I'm new to this site and am looking for some help here.
I have a 94 Toyota pickup (22RE) that is running just horribly, there is a hesitation in the acceleration once the truck warms up and it gets so bad to the point where the truck dies and stalls. I found this to be weird considering all of the tune-up and maintenance put into this aren't even a year old. So I decided to start fresh with the basics, distributor cap, rotor, wires and plugs. Still the same thing happening. I found a leak in one of the fuel lines on top of the sending units and was able to fix that. NO CHANGE, so I decided to check the engine light code, and it was coming up Code 25 which is a lean air to fuel ratio, so I decided to run a fuel pressure test, so I hooked it up to the cold start injector, and when I turn the key to on getting nothing at all, but when I start it up it goes to 32psi which seems a little low. I need your guy's help; anything is appreciated.
Thanks a lot, guys!

Per the FSM, these are some possible causes for your code 25 lean air/fuel ratio:
Your fuel pressure is on the low side of the spec by just a little.
I'd test the O2 sensor and VAFM.
- Engine ground bolt loose
- Open in El circuit
- Open in injector circuit
- Fuel line pressure (Injector blockage, etc.)
- Open or short in heated oxygen sensor circuit
- Heated oxygen sensor
- Ignition system
- Engine coolant temp. sensor
- Volume air flow meter
- ECM
I'd test the O2 sensor and VAFM.
