Hi,

183K miles. I'm the original owner. At 110K new timing chain and 150K head gasket repair. Recently, truck seems to have a lack of power. Okay around town - but highway driving constantly downshifts on slightest incline. Have had it to Toyota and three other mechanic shops. They keep telling me everything checks out okay. Something is wrong. Love this truck and don't want to give up on it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
