85 4runner 4X EFI. Ran great to work. After work driving home, truck was low idle (dies when off the throttle), hiccups/stalls during acceleration, misses until reach high rpm and runs great. Will only idle when warm. 3 days later still runs same after new coil, cap rotor wires n plugs. Fuel pump and flit changed about 7months ago. Compression was 190,180, 165, 185. No codes. Need help.

 

it sounds like a bad throttle position sensor to me. download a factory service manual for testing instructions. i would also check your timing and double check your firing order. hope that helps!

 

That 190 165 spread isn't a happy thing. You sure it's right and was done properly?
