Exclamation '94 Pickup 3VZE SR5 Cluster Swap

Hey y'all, I'm currently in the process of swapping my 1994 Toyota Pickup (3VZE, 4X4) DLX Cluster for the SR5 (3VZE) Cluster

I have got the new cluster in-hand but am currently trying to hunt down the correct part number for the '94 SR5 Oil Pressure/Sending unit. I've read that if you leave the DLX version in or sub-in the wrong part number, the gauge will fry.

I've called a couple of Toyota dealerships to find out the correct part number, but having trouble getting certainty from parts managers on this. They suggested that the part may be "Toyota 83520-34010". If anyone has already done this swap (or just happens to have encyclopedic knowledge of these trucks), I would greatly appreciate a definitive answer on what part to swap in. Much thanks in advance. I love these forums and read them on a weekly basis!

EDIT: Also, if there is a NON-OEM part that I could get from Auto Zone, etc... I would also be down to go for that route. Thanks again.

Really simple, walk in tell them it is an SR5 walk out with an oil pressure sending unit, versus telling them std/dlx and getting an oil pressure switch..

Switch housing is smaller diameter than a sender.

Yeah, went that route and they still couldn't confirm it. Also no dealerships in my state have the ones that they thought it might be, so not so easy as to just walk in and get one. I wouldn't mind trouble shooting except for the fact that I only get one shot at this being the correct part. Thanks for the reply anyway.

EDIT: Just to further elaborate, I called a dealership and asked for the SR5 part, they gave me a part number. I then supplied them with my (DLX) VIN and asked what part came up in their database and they gave me the same part number. The parts manager said that their database wasn't specifying if one was STD/DLX/SR5. The part number I supplied for verification in my original post was recommended to me as the SR5 because it was the most expensive one, not matching the one pulled up for my VIN.

Okay. Thank you very much for the clarification and patience. I hope this is a useful archive for someone further down the road.
