Hi everybody I was in an accident I rear ended some one it punctured my rad severed a spark plug wire and broke the distributor cap. So I fixed all that along with a new rad fan no im getting very poor fuel economy. I have no visible fuel leaks no cel. The power is still great no misfire it does have a rough idle(low idle) sometimes after it warms up really at a loss any pointers?

How I have it set up now still have blinkers and light just no parking light

 

ECU voltage and resistance checks, vafm, tps, ect(thw) all in that impact zone.

Voltage checks for the chassis harness, it runs along the radiator support. (Alternator load)

Power steering lines pinched, causes load on the pump.

If auto transmission, there are lines up there also.

Alignment, dragging a tire is going to effect fuel usage.

 

Makes me sad to see those pictures.
I imagine if you are still driving around with a smashed up hood, your truck probably has the aerodynamics of a brick now

good point, it is actually worse than a brick with all those openings not covered

 

Timing could also be out now if the distributor cap broke it could have also moved it.

 

I have gotta an alignment already done but that's for all the other comments and feedback
