22r weird air noise

My 87 pickup with the 22r makes a weird noise when I rev it up. It sounds like it's releasing lots of air. Can anyone help me out with this?

Cooling fan? Exhaust? Intake roar? Vacuum leak? You gotta be a little more detailed and actually do little diagnosis your self if you want any of us to help. The most we know about your truck is what you tell us.

It sounds like a large amount of air realeases from the rear of my motor when I let off the accelerator after revving. It's an 87 22r with a Weber carb and an msd ignition. It has over 300k miles and has never been rebuilt.

Can you post a video of the noise?

Are you able to pinpoint were it is coming from?

Does this only happen when you are driving or can you re-create the noise just revving in the driveway?

Please list all modifications. Do you have any emissions systems still installed?

Actually I can't anymore, the motor gave up. Thanks for trying to help fellas I'll figure it out when I rebuild it.
