22re freeze plug heater

Hey folks, picked up a block heater, trying to install it in the front most passenger (intake side) freeze plug. It's got a little U shaped heating element and I'm wondering if the orientation is important. I was going to point the U down.

Let me know what you think or if you've installed one of these in this location before.

I've installed/replaced a LOT of freeze plug heaters but it has been a very long time since I put one in a 22RE, orientation is very important on some engines. The instructions that come with the block heater generally tell you which freeze plug and where to point the element.

Not sure my heater is engine specific, but I found some instructions for another that specified the passenger side front most plug with element pointed at 10 o'clock. Good thing I looked into this, I was gunna go for 6 o'clock, hehe.

Most of the times because of how the water jacket is made it might only fit in one way or worse yet not at all.
