I know this is really elementary but I'm new to working on my 4runner and wiring in general. I understand how to do the mod, I just want some clarification before I start it.

Are there any pics of how to make the wiring connection on the relay and how to connect/wire that relay to the Tail fuse?

Physical Splice then Solder and Heat shrink .

Do not use any form of those Scotch lok connectors
