I need help with a volley of codes (95 3VZ-E)

So, I was replacing my Knock sensor (because Code 52) yesterday. Took the intake + etc off, replaced the sensor and pig tail, put it back together w/ new gaskets and fuel rail spacers (old ones were shot). I waited for the silicone sealant to set, started the engine, and it proceeded to idle at ~500 rpm (rough). I left it for the night, came back to it today. It did the same thing. I got it to FINALLY run like normal for ~15 minutes before it started its (as i would assume) retarded timing. I checked the ECU codes and it threw: 24, 31, 32, 41, and 52 (idk why). I want to know if maybe the harness is bad or if it's something else. Please enlighten me in the ways of the 3VZ-E!!!

What do those codes mean? Surely you didn't expect everyone on this forum to have somehow just memorized all of them!

(Hint: the first four, at least, all point to the same thing.)

My bad, here's a list of the codes + their meanings.
24: Air intake temp. sensor fault
31 & 32: AFM circut or vacuum sensor signal fault
41: Throttle pos. circut fault
And I'm sure ANYONE on this forum knows what a code 52 means

Seems to me you might have damaged or misplaced some wires upon reassembly. Did you clear the codes after the repair? If not, that could be why you still have 52.
