what is cost to repair 4x4 actuator on 2000 forerunner limitet?
Stealer i mean dealer is asking about $3K?
Anyone get this done somewhere else in Fairfield/Vacaville, CA area besides dealer?
Cost for part is $1,300, is this reasonable?
$3K seems quite high, any suggestions please?

That seems high for the part. Changing it is a good amount of labor. I sell used actuators on ebay for $75, so 1300 is excessive. The labor to put on in should be a few hours I would think.
