Can it be done? Just about every aftermarket solution out there looks terrible and completely out of place. I was looking at a Kienzle MCR-1016BT but I'm still not completely sold on it.

What about some of the radios out of the newer Toyota vehicles.

I actually had one of those but it had terrible sound quality.

I think the problem with that is Toyota switched away from having a standard DIN unit in anything that is new enough to have Bluetooth.

I *am* looking seriously at one of these, though:

Amazon Amazon

Why not just cut the face off a stock stereo and use it as a flip down cover over a new style stereo w/ Bluetooth? Add a remote sensor so you can use the remote and not remove the mock cover.

I don't think I could pull that off successfully.

Why not go for the stock radio and then get a bluetooth radio transmitter that plugs into your cigarette lighter. Phone bluetooth to transmitter. Transmitter broadcasts FM to your radio.
