Bolts for aluminum

I'm working with aluminum molds and we have had trouble with steel bolts sticking. Would stainless steel bolts be better?

Anti-seize also prevents galling/sticking thread locker can do the same.

These are used in the molds for casting Aluminum holding the molds together ??
