How to unclog the a/c drain line??

if the clog is in the rubber tube, you can pull the rubber tube and clean it. if it's in the evaporator box, perhaps you can try the Toyota AC Refresh Kit.
next option would be to to remove and open the evaporator box and clean it.

I went in from the engine bay when I cleaned mine. Used a thick zip tie and rammed it in to loosen the crud. May need to try something metal though depending on how clogged it is. You could take it off like KZN185W said above me, but I did not with mine because it was sealed on with something.
