Location of Hi/Lo Ports for AC 89 4runner V6

Please excuse me if this has been answered already but for the life of me I cannot locate the Hi/Lo ports for the AC system. I need to try and recharge my AC and I have no idea where the connectors are located. Any pics appreciated!

Thanks in Advance!

If I remember correctly, the service ports are located on the A/C compressor manifold by where the hoses attach to the compressor. Or at least on the older style 22RE A/C system. I am not sure on the V6, but I would check the compressor first. If no one has converted the A/C to R134a, then you will have R12 fittings.

I hoped that helped. If not, post some pictures!

Update: after some engine bay cleaning I was able to locate the ports near near the firewall the the right the fuel filter... It would appear they are the original R12 connectors, guess I'll need to look into a conversion kit down the road.

I have some "cheap" alum conversion parts for the ports.
Send me a snail mail address and I'll pop em in a padded envelope

I need to get rid of them / toss them
