2004 Toyota Tacoma sr5 pre-runner AC issues

OK AC quit working, replaced system, compressor, tank, put the oil in like I have before installed and proceeded to charge. Well I started putting In Freon clutch never kicked in, after 2 cans I jumped it with 12v from battery to the plug on compressor , the clutch kicked on, I charged to specs unhooked my hot and plugged back in plug. Well clutch not engaging. Have checked with test light not getting power to compressor. Replaced relay, nothing, pulled the dash out and jumped the low pressure relay, no clutch action but has power. So after jumping the plug and not getting any clutch action I am lost. Any help???

Seems like you're all over the system trying to figure it out. What was not replaced? New compressor, but not engaging?? Checked the wiring? Was it evac'd before you ran the refrigerant and oil? If you jumped low pressure switch and got the compressor running, maybe a bad switch or a restriction somewhere in the system. If it didnt engage, may be an electrical issue such as a short somewhere in the wiring/connections.
