I have the Wet Okole seat covers. They may not qualify as "reasonably priced" but they fit and wear great. I bought a front seat set for $250 or so and the driver seat lasted at least 7 years. Just replaced that one for $100.00 or so.
I have Cabelas TrailGear seat covers, they fit pretty good, heavy duty, have pockets on back, and the best part is you can catch them on sale for under $20 apiece. Not sure if they have an option for rear bench, but for front seats they are hard to beat.
An alternative to think about is a just re-do the seats. I was able to find someone local that re-did my front seats for under $300 a pair. I thought I was going to get mediocre quality of craftsmanship, but I got much better.
I purchased a costco set (i'm sure they aren't all the exact same) and it really isn't that great. Nothing compared to the newly re-upholstered seats (I needed one to keep the seat clean through my house renovations)

The Cabela's are only 24.99 each. I always thought they looked good. Do you have any pictures of yours installed? My dog just tore my used Wet Okole passenger seat cover. I got them for $80 a while back.
Hah, Nervo you beat me to it, thanks for digging up those photos. Yeah hard to go wrong with the Cabelas ones....the fit is pretty darn good, they have pockets on the back, and they seem very durable.
